Tumbling With Truth

Standard

It seems the latest rage at the moment is Tumblrs with GIFs that “define” a moment. I won’t lie, I’m addicted. From the #whatshouldwecallme and #soyeahduh┬áto My Life Through Kristen Wiig, I cannot get enough.

But there’s one that just speaks to me on a whole new level: This Advertising Life. I continually find myself going umm yup, totally and complete and utter truth.

Today’s was just so spot on:

every small victory against the client

Anyone out there have any go to Tumblr’s to pick them up throughout the day?

Remember the Moments

Standard

Awhile back, I started following this blog, 365Q, where a photographer (Julian Bialowas) took shots and put inspirational sayings over them, unveiling one each day. This year, he’s doing something different and turning the project to the public. 52mmnts provides a different task each week to capture on film and upload to the site. It just kicked off last week, so project #2 is coming tomorrow. And every Friday, another Moment comes to light, as if we needed another reason to be psyched for Friday. It seems like a simple enough idea and at the end of the year, you’ll have 52 photos that speak to dreams, wishes and desires to reflect on.

Ad of the Day: Eurostar

Standard

From Eurostar comes When Was the Last Time… focusing on London. I just love how the pictures on these ads say so much, requiring little text. As always, found these on I Believe in Advertising. Here’s my fav of the four:

Eurostar is basically the bullet train of Europe. So jealous.
